Well-known Real Estate Strategis Richard Gollis Joins Jamboree Advisory Board
IRVINE, CA – Richard M. Gollis, a co-founder and principal of The Concord Group, has joined Jamboree Housing Corporation’s advisory board. The advisory board provides the affordable housing and community development firm with expert counsel and analysis on California’s residential industry, the economy, financial resources, entitlement, and partnerships.
Irvine, CA-headquartered Jamboree is a one of California’s leading community development organizations specializing in affordable housing. Currently, the company has $233 million in affordable housing projects in its development pipeline and a $1 billion asset portfolio that includes the development of and/or ownership interest in more than 7,000 homes in more than 70 California communities.

He also served as a ULI juror for its Global Awards for Excellence awards program. In the local community, he is currently co-chair of the advisory board of the Department of Policy, Planning and Design at the University of California, Irvine. He previously served on the board of trustees of the Tarbut V'Torah Community Day School, as chair of the Board of the Jewish Community Foundation of Orange County, and as trustee of University Synagogue, Irvine.
